Construction is distributed on 2 levels with approximate areas of:

The program consists of the following:
Ground Floor:
– Reception
– 25 typical rooms of beds and a private bathroom each.
– Administrative Offices
– Physiotherapy, SPA and rehab area with related amenities
– Pharmacy
– Hairdresser & Parlor
– Chapel
– 2 Large sitting and TV rooms in addition to random seating throughout the indoor circulation.
– Activity room
– A kitchen with a dining / Restaurant (70 persons) and a cafeteria.
– Shop
– 1 Resident Nurses room with 2 beds
– Ample Landscaped area and terraces with an exterior parking (around 60 cars)
Basement Floor:
