Located in Sursock, one of the most beautiful and exclusive neighborhoods of Ashrafieh, next to the Museum, it was essential that this building respect the character and scale of its unique surroundings. It blends into the historic quarter perfectly.
A buffer zone between the street and the entrance to this exclusive residence is created by means of a patio with a high ceilings and walls washed with water and light, an introduction to the serene and relaxed ambience of the house.
The play of light was an important feature in this home. Punctuated windows, claustra screens and natural wood shutters contrast against the light stone facades. Internally, open floor plans and double-height volumes play against more private, personal spaces.
